This 22,800 SF gymnastic training facility building required a 140-foot clear roof span to provide unobstructed floor space for the main exercise and practice areas. A mezzanine floor provides space for dance instruction as well as an observation area for competition events. The building design exceeded all State required energy standards thereby qualifying it for the PG&E’s “Savings by Design” award.
