Located in the heart of San Luis Obispo and originally built in 1897, the Warden Building Renovation included a complete seismic retrofit, as well as new HVAC and power systems. The 1950s stucco “modernization” of the street façade was removed to allow faithful restoration of the original local brick exterior, wood windows and ornate cornice. Studio Design Group offices are located on the second floor.
